KUMITE:

One Step Kumite (Step thru chest punch attack. Middle, Striking, or Sweep block – In or Out defense & counter attack. Wear safety gear.)

You Kick, I Kick Drill (Front, side or back kicks at belt level only. Use appropriate blocks. Wear safety gear)
